Ashley Moise
LPC and TMS Therapist
Ashley has been actively working in the mental health field since 2017. She graduated from the University of New Mexico with a Bachelor’s of Liberal Arts with concentrations in Psychology, Communication, and Sociology in 2015. She then went on to pursue a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health from the University of North Carolina at Pembroke where she graduated in 2018 and obtained her full Texas LPC license in July of 2022. Her past experience includes working with veterans in the trauma recovery unit at the Fayetteville VA hospital as well as with children and families as a school-based counselor in South Carolina.
Ashley has found her passion as a counselor, supporting and encouraging those on a journey toward healing. As a military spouse, she has had the opportunity to treat a diverse population and gain experience in various settings. She uses CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and Solution Focused therapy to encourage and support her patients. She is also rostered as a Trauma-Focused CBT provider and trained in Cognitive Processing Therapy.
Clients have described Ashley as a genuine and caring person who is always present during sessions while bringing outside resources to educate and empower them through the journey of healing. Outside of counseling, Ashley is a veteran spouse and mom to a very active little girl. She also enjoys volunteering and fostering special needs dogs for the local animal shelter.
