Zoya Abebefe

As a current Clinical Mental Health Counseling student at Liberty University, Zoya is learning to be trained and equipped in advocating for the mental health of others. As a TMS Technician, she enjoys watching the process of patient’s taking the brave step in seeking to better their mental health, while also learning to walk in vulnerability.

Zoya is a Dallas, Texas native, and has loved living in San Antonio for the past 8 years after attending and graduating from the University of Texas at San Antonio (2018). After seeing the power of counseling and different mental health resources, she is now seeking ways to give others access to seeing growth in their journey to wholeness.

Some of Zoya’s passions include: her faith in God, her family, serving her church community, cooking, traveling, and meeting and learning from people with different cultural backgrounds than her own.
